We dedicated to continuously improve our service levels and help our customers through the entire sorting project planning and implementation process. Our primary goal: to meet and then exceed our client's expectations.

1. Chute's maintenance. When cleaning the chute, please do not use hard or sharp objects to prevent scratching the channels. For dust on the surface, you can use a dust cleaning air gun to clean it. The dust stuck to the chute can be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.

2. Maintenance and replacement of the cleaning brush. The cleaning brush must be replaced and calibrated regularly, otherwise it will affect the cleaning quality

3. Whether there is dust in the sorting room glass. If there is a lot of glass dust in the sorting room, the effect of the sorting will be affected. You can use a cotton cloth to wipe, or dipped a little alcohol on the cotton cloth to wipe, the air valve must be closed before wiping.

4. Maintenance of touch screen. When removing dust from the touch screen of a color sorter, you can use a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe it, or use a dust-cleaning air gun to blow the dust on the surface gently. Do not use an air gun to blow the touch screen surface directly, otherwise the surface will be damaged by excessive force.

5. Clean the dust outlet. The dust removal port must be cleaned regularly, once a week to prevent the dust removal filter from being blocked by dust for a long time, which is not conducive to dust removal and affects the separation effect.

6. Air valve maintenance. Due to environmental dust, moisture in the air, etc., foreign objects caused by the solenoid valve spool cause air leakage. There are two ways for general users to solve the problem on the spot: find out which nozzle is leaking, perform high frequency test on the nozzle in front of it, or use high pressure gas to directly blow the solenoid

7. Change the air filter regularly

1. Installation Cautions
1.1. The sorting machine should be installed on a horizontal plane, and no anchor bolts need to be buried. Machine must have a good grounding, with the bar at the grounding terminal to get into the ground for at least 50 cm.Installation should be made in well-ventilated places rather than places of low or high temperature, or with high humidity or many dusty.
1.2. Pay attention to prevent electromagnetic interference on the scene or in the vicinity, such as from electric welders or high frequency transmitters.Static interference from nearby static sources should be avoided. For this reason, the feed pipes and exhaust tubes used by customers must be made of iron, rather than plastics or other non-metallic materials.
1.3. Don't expose color sorters to sunlight or light emitted from lighting equipment, so as to avoid its interference with light sources of color sorters.

2. Unpacking and Inspection
After receiving the machine, unpack it carefully to avoid any damage to it; check the quantity of parts according to the packing list and keep it safe.

3. Installation
3.1. The Device should be placed on a enclosed solid platform or a hard ground (with the platform around 2.0 meter from the ground). the installed machine should be leveled with a leveling instrument to adjust the levelness of the machine to 2/1000 mm or below. a passage of more than 50 cm on each side should be made so as to facilitate the operation, inspection and maintenance.
3.2. According to actual applications on the scene, the feed inlet at the upper side should match the customers' feed pipes, and a flow control plate and a storage tank should be installed at the passageway, pay attention not to overlay feed tubes on feed hoppers so as to avoid vibration and adversely affect sorting results, two pipes should be installed at outlets to convey qualified goods and inferior goods obtained through first and secondary sorting operations respectively.
3.3. Users may need to install a lifter according to actual application on the scene by referring to the installation instructions.

4. Installation of Electrical Components
4.1 Warning: Users are required to strictly follow the circuit wiring instructions or precautions, so as to avoid personal injuries or electrical shock.
4.2. Users are required to offer a three-phase AC 380V ± 5% power supply (for air compressors), and a single-phase 220V ± 5% power supply with good grounding wires.
4.2.1. Power Supply for Sorting Machine.
A 20A or above air switch should be installed at the inlet of power supply wires (knife switches undesirable); the power supply should be 220V ± 5% (single-phase AC, 50/60 Hz).
4.2.2. Power supply for Air Compressor.
Air compressor should be installed at a place near to the sorting machine, with the pipe not farther than 10 meters in length; based on the actual application on the scene, an air switch of three-phase (380V) 60A should be installed.
4.3. In order to avoid interference and lightning, separate grounding wires with good grounding performance should be connected to the machine, with the grounding terminal getting into underground for 50 cm.

5.Installation of Air Supply
5.1. Users must use a water and oil-free air compressor, and install a water filter.
5.2. Screw type air compressor must be fitted with an oil filter, with the air components connected with each other with 25mm diameter galvanized pipes or pipes of higher classes (such as PPR pipes).
5.3. It is recommended to install the air system equipment at an insulated rooms near to the sorting machine (no more than 15 meters), thus reducing noise while offering adequate pressure.

6.Installation of Dust Collection Pipes
Users must install dust collection pipes to avoid the accumulation of ashes in the enclosed chamber, affect the sorting effect.
